Early last fall those of us who attended the Seybold Conference in San Francisco were surprised by Kodak's new futuristic looking 35mm film scanner for the consumer market.

Pro scans at a great price

This unit is aimed at the advanced amateur/professional market, and its performance will be sufficient for all but the most trying images. At 3600 dpi, it yields appox.43MB files, but its 3.4 dmax is a shortcoming with high contrast images.
