Good Value, weak resolution

A method of scanning multiple slides (like you do film strips) would be helpful

Easy to use ; Good Value ; Photoshop Included ; Small Footprint

Poor Dark Resolution ; Slow ; Tedious Loading

Good making digital photos from 35mm

So far this has been a great little investment. I have been able to scan old 35mm film and have digital photos. Not the highest resolution on the market, but it does a really good job.

Small and portable

Decent scanner for the money

Very nice entry level scanner at a great price (~$50). No moving parts to break is a benefit. However, I feel the sharpness of the images could have been better. My Nikon Coolscan III (rated at 2700 dpi) produced much higher clarity images than this...

Good entry level scanner

Lacks Sharpness

Not so low-end scanner

High resolution, numerous adjustments, good scans of good quality/emulsion film.

Software crashes. Slow. One frame scanning. Not ideal for "grainy" negatives. No Color Calibration slide.

Not so low-end scanner

Like many of us, I have quite a bit of old color negatives, b&w (going back 30 years) and slides. Digitizing all that is not an easy task by all means. I thought it would be a straightforward job with PrimeFilm 3650u, but after I ordered and read some ...

Professional Quality, at a "Home User" price

I'm quite impressed with this scanner! I have already scanned in five rolls of film. It is a little time consuming, because you have to manually feed each picture. But for the price, I'll deal with it. (I Would love it if there were an automatic ...

High quality scanning, good colors, Digital ICE cleans up scratches

Slow, clumsy loading, no auto feeder
