Weeks of battery life for minimal cash on this smartwatch

Weeks-long battery, always-on screen, and yeah, $80.

The Amazfit Bip is a complete fitness smartwatch that's a remarkable bargain. It has an always-on display, weeks-long battery life, plus extras like heart rate, GPS and water resistance. Works with Android and iOS. Gets notifications.

Plastic design and limited watch faces aren't as flashy as premium smartwatches. Mi Fit app isn't as refined as Fitbit for fitness or health tracking. No installable apps. Onboard features like stopwatch/timer can't run in background.

The Amazfit Bip is affordable, has fantastic battery life, and is the best low-key casual smartwatch around. It's a fine replacement for your old-school Pebble, minus the apps.

Amazfit Bip review: $100 smartwatch with integrated GPS and 45-day battery life

With Pebble no longer around offering reasonably priced smartwatches with long battery life there is a place for another competitor. The Amazfit Bip surprised me with its capability and affordable $100 price.

Amazfit Bip Review: A Cheap Smartwatch That’s Worth Buying

At less than $80, the Amazfit Bip is one of the least-expensive fitness trackers with both GPS and a heart rate monitor. It has a fairly good companion app, as well as a couple of independent, compatible apps for iOS and Android. If you are looking for...

Extremely lightweight, Apple Watch style ; Soft band that fits all wrist sizes comfortably ; GPS, heart rate monitor, pedometer, notifications ; Decent fitness tracker at a reasonable price ; Transflective color display that's easy on the eyes and...

Heart rate and step measurements are not always precise ; Graphics are low resolution ; Lacks music storage and controls ; Cannot respond to notifications

This inexpensive smartwatch highlights health and fitness and is surprisingly good for less than $80.

Amazfit Bip review

The Bip is all about battery and value

Amazing value ; Stylish design ; Excellent companion app

Auto-pause feature doesn’t work ; Finicky UI ; Light on supported workouts

The Bip is the layman’s Apple Watch. At just $99 / £70 (around AU$99) the Bip offers plenty of reason to invest, but none greater than its excellent battery life.

Amazfit Bip

An amazingly inexpensive smartwatch and fitness tracker with battery life to die for, the Amazfit Bip feels like a bargain. We took it for a spin to find out just how much bang you get for a small number of bucks

Amazfit Bip review

If you can forgive its rough edges, the Bip is a decent budget fitness tracker...

Great battery life ; Uncomplicated menus and simple interface ; Impressive tracking ; Extremely cheap (did we mention that?)

Screen quality reflects cost ; Charging sometimes temperamental ; Can’t run third-party apps ; Slow and occasionally buggy ; No NFC

Far from perfect, but if you want the fitness tracking equivalent of your trusty old Casio, then this is it

Amazfit Bip review: The £45 smartwatch that should cost FAR more

With long battery life, heart-rate tracking and GPS, the Amazfit Bip is a bona fide fitness tracking bargain
