It's very useful to motivate yourself to keep fit. It automatically tracks the type of exercise you do and for how long quite accurately. It can also track your sleep quality which has encouraged me to get bed earlier. I think the silent alarm is great...

It is quite expensive however I think it is worth the money because it helps to keep you fit while still looking nice as it is not too bulky on the wrist. The strap can be hard to use to start off with but after a few uses it becomes easier.

Strap is hard to fasten but I suppose I will get used to it

It stylish and doesn't look at all bulky on my small wrist. I love the gold detail on it which makes it look more like a dress piece than a sports watch.

I couldn't rate it more than a 3 as I fear my relationship with this product is going to be short lived. I've had it less than a month and it's already fallen off my wrist twice. The closing mechanism is too flimsy. It wasn't a cheap product so I would...

I like the vibration which is a reminder to move, also the accompanying comments make me smile. It's good to see the distance I've walked and the calories burned.

I'm not too keen on the stap fastening....I would prefer a buckle to the two prongs which stud into holes. Although it's been secure, it's fiddly to do.
