Fitbit Inspire 2 Review

Slim design ; Week-plus battery life ; Tracks heart rate variability and sleeping respiration ; Automatically tracks certain activities ; Comes with one year of Fitbit Premium

No built-in GPS ; Lacks a color display ; Can cause skin irritation

The slim, affordable Fitbit Inspire 2 offers all the basic activity and sleep features you need from a fitness tracker.

Fitbit Inspire 2 review

The Fitbit Inspire 2 is the best activity band under $100, especially for fitness-tracking beginners. Plus it comes with a complimentary year of Fitbit Premium.

Affordable ; Comfortable, lightweight design ; Great for first-time fitness tracker users ; Comes with free year of Fitbit Premium

Lackluster display ; No on-board GPS

That said, if you find the Fitbit Charge 4 on sale (or you can spare an additional $50,) it’s worth the extra cash. It has on-board GPS, a larger display and an SpO2 sensor for more informed sleep data. If you’re really on a budget, the Amazfit Band 5...

Fitbit Inspire 2 review: For new users only

Outside of the free Fitbit Premium membership, the Inspire 2's value is questionable. Read our full Fitbit Inspire 2 review to learn more.

Affordable price ; Small, lightweight design ; Great sleep tracking and insights ; Good heart rate tracking ; Connected GPS is a plus

Bland design ; Side buttons unresponsive at times ; Display could be brighter ; Questionable value outside Fitbit Premium trial

The Fitbit Inspire 2 is a fine fitness tracker. The real value here is the free year of Fitbit Premium thrown in for new users. If you're not a new user and want a baseline Fitbit, we'd recommend spending a bit more for the Fitbit Charge 4.

Fitbit Inspire 2 review

The Fitbit Inspire 2 impresses with its simplicity, long battery life, and accurate health tracking tools, all with a reasonable price tag.

Heart rate feature Simple to use Excellent app

Basic functionality Small screen No in-built GPS

The Fitbit Inspire 2 impressed us with its simplicity, unobtrusive styling, good battery life and heart rate monitoring. As a simple multi-sport tracker or a tool to gently nudge you towards a more active lifestyle, it works well. We were less keen on...

Fitbit Inspire 2 review: Still inspiring for fitness goals?

The second-gen band replaces the Inspire HR, delivering a brighter screen and otherwise much the same features. Is it the affordable tracker to own?

Brighter screen than predecessor ; 10 day battery life ; Great for sleep tracking ; Fitbit platform is easy to use

Still no colour display ; Screen quality could still be better ; Feature set not hugely different from Inspire HR ; Basic swim tracking

A better fitness tracker than the original that's still an affordable option. If you already own an Inspire HR, however, you might not find huge reasons to make it an essential upgrade.
