Very fast, I am getting approximately 900-1000mbs read speeds on 2 of these in raid 1. I love the extended life (writes) on these units, 3.6 PB

none so far, I have to this date not had a single Intel SSD need rma. I believe they are the most reliable

Freezes - Must be hard reset often.
