Transcend TS64GSSD25

 

I strongly recommend it.

I replaced a 7200rpm HD in my old Dell Laptop with this great new and now (almost) affordable SSD and I got the same performance. The battery last for at least 30 more minutes.

Price: It doubles what you pay for a regular 7200rpm HD.

Transcended

 

Past 30 days, no replacement by Newegg. Transcend has not responded to my e-mail sent out over a week ago.

Worked good for two months.

Drive froze up after 2 months. Was being used as boot drive in a new OCZ DIY laptop. Replaced drive, laptop is working fine.
