Much of the speakers quality went into the design and not the sole purpose: THE SPEAKERS!! Very poor quality speakers sounds as if the speakers were blown if you tried raising the volume. Deal or Dud? They shouldnt even put this on the market! DUD!!!!

The battery compartment opened and refused to close after a few uses. After a while sound kept going in and out. Eventually had to purchase a new set of headphones.

I have just sent these back as they are nothing short of terrible sound wise. They might be good for your kids on their netbook but anything even remarkably good they are woeful at everything but their design.

We bought this product over a year ago and have had too many problems to list them all. After months of interrupted service, Sirius shipped a replacement product. The replacement has a whole different group of issues.

I thought that these would make a good pair of surrond sound speakers as no wiring would be required. However, the transmitter kept automaticallly turning off even when the sound was on. Even when they were on, there was quite a bit of background noise.

The original speakers were 25 years old. I had a pioneer stereo installed in the car and the factory ones couldn't handle the power. I bought replacement ones, but with the same result. All were rated at 45 watts. The new stereo just blew them out....
