Sounds great but in comparison my old yamahas have more bass. Then again the old yamahas are 8" woofers vs 6. These do sound clearer and have a much wider stereo sound. These also feel better constructed. My yamahas grills are falling off

The sound on this speaker is impressive considering it's size. It's also well built and easy on the eyes. And the battery life is pretty amazing. In terms of value I would definitely recommend this speaker over anything else in the same price range.
