All of this because of a defective rechargeable battery that is unable to be purchased in any open retail market.

As others have stated, the sound cuts out every 20 seconds or so. Makes it sound like you are listening to an old skipping record.

Got these as a gift for my dad.. Spent a lot of money on them expecting to get good quality in return. Advertised as a 30 foot range, but crackles at more than 3 feet of distance... Embarrassing for a gift. Returning them ASAP.
