Ion Audio Block Rocker

The Ion Block Rocker is a portable, powered speaker system that includes an iPod dock, professional XLR microphone, instrument input, and a rechargeable battery.

The sound quality of the Block Rocker is as blunt as it is loud, the speaker is mono, the iPod dock doesn't offer much protection, there's no remote, the system is very heavy, and its design isn't pretty.

I would never buy anything from Ion Audio or their parent company inMusic ever again. The company doesn't know how to support their products and in the end only produce a crappy product DURABLE? NOT! Support laughable, Warranty in the USA 90 days,...

It plays music.... for a short amount of time

It FAILS and breaks while sitting in storage. After using for a Thanksgiving Party once we put it away in the closet for 1 year. When we took it out again getting ready for Thanksgiving it failed to power on. Talking to support worthless. Disposable

Very good unit. My biggest complaint is that when you listen to AM/FM you have to keep pressing the "search" button tons of times to get to the station you want. IT DOES NOT STAY ON THE LAST STATION YOU WERE LISTENING TOO. Seems like it should, but...

I work on the line at GM and it is of course very noisy. This thing over powers the surrounding noise and people down the line say they can hear it. The 8" woofer also insures you will get the bass and not just the shrill sounds when you crank it. The...

Fit and finish was a tad off. A piece of trim on the bottom wasn't fastened correctly but I just put a little glue on it and she was all better. Funny, but maybe it's because the build date sticker was 4/20/2012. :)

Most boom boxes look like a plastic hunk of junk. This looks like a Marshall Amp made to rock the block. Sounds great Gets LOUD Can host input from several sources at once. Plug in the mic and your guitar and sing along with your favorite bands on your...

Great sound for the price. Portable with wheels and a luggage handle and Great Battery Life Great to use camping when you don't have outlets. Battery lasts 6-8 hours and charges your ipod at the same time.

Its a little big for most applications. Microphone cord stopped working and had to contact for rma.
