Klipsch Quintet Review

These speakers will not impress you with powerful bass response since they don't come with a dedicated subwoofer. However, the speakers sound great together. The surround sound is uniform and floods the listener with sound from all angles. If you...

The speakers sound uniform together.

It doesn't come with a subwoofer and lacks bass response.

This would make a great addition to a system that already has a subwoofer.

Klipsch Quintet Speaker System

Compact satellite/subwoofer sets are often affordable, mate well with budget receivers, allow more speaker-placement width than soundbars, lend themselves to wall mounting—and best of all, they don't hog the room, even if you place them on stands...

Great Small Speakers

Ended up buying these last week. I live in NYC so I don't have much room but I wanted an upgrade of my existing (Insignia brand) speakers. For the price, they're amazing. I ended up looking for jazz and classical music to really hear the difference...

No subwoofer, I'll buy the Klipsch recommended one in a few months.

Great sound paired with Sony Sub

The speaker system sounds rich and complete without overpowering. This is a much higher upgrade from my older Samsung speaker system. I can now speak to company while the speakers on on fairly loudly due to the low distortion.

The speakers have a nice stand and enclosure that creates no audible vibration. The wire terminals are screw-type and stay in place.

Looks small, if that's a con.

Great speakers, need a subwoofer

Had these for about 2 months. They sound good, but I had to adjust the equalizer setting on my Yamaha RX-V677 receiver quite a bit. The built in stands make wall mounting very easy

Definitely needs a subwoofer for this system. Due to the size, they definitely need a subwoofer. I purchased the Klipsch Sub-12 for $200 which made a world of difference
