Samsung HW-K850

If you like the idea of Dolby Atmos but feel daunted by the clutter involved, then Samsung's HW-K850 might be the answer. This soundbar boasts built-in Atmos speakers, eliminating the need to install speakers in your ceiling or buy separate modules.

Samsung’s clutter-busting Atmos soundbar lacks the refinement of high-end rivals, but makes up for it with a huge soundstage, bags of features and slick multiroom operation.

The Samsung HW-K850 soundbar promises a genuine Dolby Atmos experience but are 3.1.2 channels enough?

Great sound but Atmos doesn’t work

I purchased this after hearing an incredible demo in a local store. I added a Samsung Q7 65” tv to compliment the sound bar. Problem is, ATMOS does not work (blue light won't come on). I do not have an ATMOS blue ray, but managed to find a title online...

SAMSUNG HW-K850 3.1.2 Wireless Sound Bar - with Dolby Atmos

Gorgeous looking piece of kit, can go extremely loud but also mayn't be that loud dependant on what is being played through it. Would I recommend it.... in a heart beat

Picky, but bass can be over powering sometimes so hope you get on well with your neighbours lol. Also its a lot heavier than I thought it would be, not a bad point just have someone to help set it up with you as I would have hated dropping it.
