Samsung Galaxy Tab A 7.0 (2016) Tablet Review

Compact. The particularly handy design bestows Samsung's new tablet from the 7-inch category with almost smartphone-like traits. However, tight 8 GB of storage and an entry-level SoC curb the fun. Our test will reveal whether the Galaxy Tab A7...

compact, lightweight design ; decent build ; non-slip back ; micro-SD slot with App2SD ; optional Kids Mode ; decent camera quality for a tablet ; viewing angle stable screen ; accurate touchscreen ; decent battery life

tight internal storage ; no MHL or Miracast ; WiFi only in 2.4 GHz networks ; long charging time ; sluggish browser performance ; no performance reserves ; minor throttling during load ; primary camera's moderate video quality ; pressure on screen...

Samsung uses such a compact, lightweight design for its Galaxy Tab A7 (2016) SM-T280 that it could be mistaken for a big phablet at first glance. Although the casing is completely made of plastic, it is appreciated thanks to its non-slip back. A bit...

Samsung Galaxy Tab A Review

Samsung Tab A (SM-T355Y) is the company's latest tablet with 4G LTE support and voice calling capabilities that was launched in India for Rs. 20,500 last month. It also has a large 8-inch display. Is this the best 4G tablet for the price ? Let us find...

4G support with voice calling; Good performance; Good build

Low-resolution display; Too wide to use for voice calling; Slightly on the expensive side

Overall, the Samsung Galaxy Tab A is a decent tablet with 4G support running on Android Lollipop for the price of Rs. 20,500. The tablet is slim and light in weight compared to most other 8-inch tablets. The display resolution is too low for the price...

Great for kids

I got this for my son who is ready for a tablet that does more than play movies. He's adapted to it well. Definitelyou need to get a microsd card and move all the apps to that to speed up processing. Otherwise a good overall starter tablet for the price

Great Tablet, only one flaw

The Samsung Galaxy Tablets are a great product family. The only flaw I have ever found with them is the micro-USB port, which seems to get damaged easily.
