This toaster looks smart and worked flawlessly for 5 years. Then, one of the LEDs stopped working and now it heats up, but the carriage doesn't move up or down. I'm considering getting another one, but I hope it will last longer this time.

Love this toaster. I bought the Breville toaster oven a few years back and it too is the best ever. Thought I would try out the toaster and it's the best also. Great products!

I have only used this toaster a few times so far, but I do like the features, especially the "a bit longer"feature. Love the way the bread, English muffin is held in place to prevent scorching. It is a very nice toaster. Hoping it lasts a long time....
