It does what it says. However digital heat settings are not clear. Sometimes it makes the toast brown and next time it turns black at the same number. I hope it will work well once figured out what no. is what.

This toaster works really well and looks really cool too (goes well with the RH 19191 Dome Kettle!). My only quibble is that we seem to get crumbs everywhere around the toaster and not so much in the tray!

the toasting's uneven: one of the four sides doesn't heat up as strongly as others. TThe slots are fine for absolutely averaged size slices but small ones don't pop up eenough to get out and large ones (eg pitta bread) need turning to cook all over.

This shoe rack does its job, is easy to construct and can hold plenty of shoes. Tidies a room well, and as of yet has proven to be sturdy! I am overall impressed and pleased with it, especially given its price.
