The timer knob on our toaster has now broken twice in the 14 months that we have owned it. The first time they sent a replacement for free. Now they will charge me $9.99 for one crummy piece of plastic. I don't think so. Done with this brand forever.

This toaster is fine for regular slices of bread. I would not try to use it for thick slices/bagels. It's good for the price.

One half toasted. That's the story of this toaster. It does half the job. Be it bagels, toast, or warming something up you're going to need to monitor it (extremely slow) and then flip whatever you're toasting.
