Works great

does a nice job of toasting bread, easy to usefeels cheep because of the the plastic used for case

Learning, that using defrost, means it toasts frozen bread; had expected only to defrost. The higher numbered settings can almost burn the thicker slices and English muffins. I realize I need to get used to it.

Every feature of this toaster works as advertised.The defrost, bagel & reheat buttons do save some extra steps.The family & I are happy with this purchase.
