Clean, modern aesthetic, but generally below average performance

I do NOT recommend this toaster. Toasting is very uneven - to the point of one side being almost burned and the other, just right.

I had an old toaster that never did the job on the first pass. I had to push the lever down over and over again to get bread to toast. It was very frustrating. This works first time, every time. This may seem like a small thing, but it gets my day off...
