wont toast both sides evenly dont matter what setting used have to watch it and turn it or you get burnt one side and not done the other

makes brilliant toasted sandwiches

toast takes ages, and not intuitive to use.

It tends to toast unevenly and burns the top of the bread - doesn't feel a solid toaster, also after toasting crumpets they are very difficult to get out of the toaster.

Very good product at a class beating price. You really can't go wrong with this toaster. I have no hesitation recommending the Kenwood TT560.

It's very straight forward to use. I find the warming rack particularly useful. It is easy to clean and is an attractive design. I also like the compact size.

seems to take a long time to do the toast

The pushdown lever does not ingage properly it takes 5/6 times too stay down in position correctly

Good product doing what is required considering it is in the budget price range.

Very easy to burn the toast. Poor results with frozen bread. Bought one for my mum as well as it was a Which? Best Buy but she has given up trying to use it.
