Gets too hot

It heats up so that the whole casing gets really hot - too hot to touch & I'd go as far as saying dangerous! Makes great toast, but we're taking ours back!

My husband and I purchased the Russell Hobbs Toaster to match our Russell Hobbs Kettle. It looks fantastic on my worktop and does not show finger prints when used. I think the most important factor is that it has the 'lift' facility so that you can...
