SM09 is a very nice sandwich toaster. It cooks my toasties very well. I use small bread size and it's just right. I think of buying another one for work :-)

As all other sandwich toasters it's a bit tricky to clean but I don't think the removable plates would make it any easier.

~ would be better if it was slightly larger in order to accommodate a 'standard' size slice of bread - having said that we knew the size when we bought it - so that's our fault and I think it's a fairly standard size. ~ having to trim the bread to fit...

Excellent value and relatively easy to clean

Catch for closing on the sandwich does not appear to be robust enough to withstand alot of use.

Product was smaller than normal size of bread therefore preparing took longer than expected

Price is amazing,i was moving house so was buying lots of kitchen items at once so shopped around for the best price. Sandwich quality is pretty good too but watch out for the cheese making a bid for freedom from the back of the sandwich toaster.

Looks a bit 'old school' in white rather than chrome or black but.... i keep it in the cupboard so only a really minor point.

Looks nice and heats up quickly, easy to clean and inexpensive. It is a bit bigger than the white basic one.

Not quite big enough for large slices of bread but fine it just cuts off the excess.

Makes brilliant toasties
