Problem with the design of this unit. I have had two of these units in the last 18 months, Both have had the egg cooking portion quit working. Pay attention to the instruction manual's statement to unplug the unit after each use.

When I first got this product, I used it at work every day for a month. I love this thing! I was worried that the "steamed" eggs that it produces would be rubbery or gross. They're not. This thing makes delicious eggs!

The area that holds and heats the water tends to accumulate gunk and corrosion. The toaster is not very good.
