Outstanding monitor/value!

Currently NewEgg apparently is not retailing the item we bought and review, but is offering this similar refurbished ELEMENT ELAFT321 32" w/ DVD Player (Item #: N82E16889268005) for $234.99 w/ free shipping. We would expect similar performance from...

First a comment about NewEgg pricing/service. Ordered this item on the last day of a 4-day promo price of $219.99 (including 3-day freight), wary the “special” discount price would drop even lower. The next day, though, the price rose to $239.00, and...

The Element is not perfect. It's not as thin as newer LCD TVs. The stand is sturdy enough, but does not tilt/adjust. (It is wall-mountable.) But for the price, hey, adjustments can be made. Connections are easily accessed.

Bought two, one was a dud

I ordered two of these displays to be used as monitors for my PC, and to play ps3. One of the displays has at least 5 bright pixels (which I dont care about but you might) and the other display, in addition to bright pixels, randomly freezes and the...

Good TV for the price, does everything I need it to do.

The TV is slow to start up, there's a splash screen you have to wait through, so between the moment you push the power button and the moment the display is usable, there is about a 15 second lag. The menus are also a little clunky compared to other...

This one Works!

Since it's not D.O.A. and it works just fine, I see no reason but to like this, very inexpensive, HDTV.

1080i display. Sweet looking picture. The price was great! It even has a built in DVD player. Has 3 HDMI ports

Why only HDMI" Compatible". Its HDMI "Ready" with 3 HDMI ports ; Something "rattling" inside, something not tied down. Plugged it in, has been working fine ever since. I know, a Blu-Ray DVD would be nice, next time ; You will need an HDMI cable
