Same with all new slim TV's the sound is rubbish. You can hear what people are saying but that's as dynamic as it gets. Be prepared to buy a small speaker or sound bar to use with it.

The man that served us last Saturday was very helpful considering the trouble we have had. He tried to put everything right and did put the stand on for me. There were no screws or booklet in the box and I still have not received it.

I didn't like being fobbed off with a refurbished model when I paid for a new one as I thought. I don't think this is good public relations.

Excellent picture quality and runs on 12v

Sounds a bit tinny.

This IS NOT a FULL HD tv (1080p), its only HD ready (720p). Don't be fooled the HD ready version is £40 cheaper than the full HD version

Picture is not intense enough to use "outside", powered by 12 volt battery as had been intended.
