Like anything, you get what you pay for, and you need to keep in mind what your expectations are. To me, good customer service is to exceed the customer's expectations.This one fell short of my expectations and barely met our requirement.

TV will not power on. We hadn't used it on about 2 weeks and all of a sudden it just wouldn't power on anymore. Nothing we could do will make it power on.

Going on a year almost and still works like new. could break right now and wouldn't be mad at it since I only paid $200 with free shipping.
Great price, good picture, menus very easy to use and navigate, strong stand, excellent newegg value I only paid $200 for this thing!
