Very slow to change channels and even slower for sound to catch up, had to send this back because it would have driven me mad!

The sound on the TV did not work.

Although i had a problem with this tv, Employees were helpful at finding a solution and had no problem getting a exchange for a new tv

Had to Exchange the product as Mounting Bracket was not installed in the tv

Very neat little unit. Excellent picture quality and very easy to use. Absolutely fantastic value for money.

There is no difference in the volume from 1-15, i.e. 1 is as loud as 15 so any chance of watching the tv at bedtime with kids asleep is virtually nil. I have read similar on other reviews so I don't think this issue is just pertinent to the tv I...

good points....overall looks.

bad points....totally unreliable, ( the one i purchased broke down on day 1, my neighbours who purchased theres 5 days before me broke down after 2 weeks !!) terrible sound quality, would never recommmend !
