Was not told that it was a refurbished item. When I saw it in the store was simply told that it had to be ordered on line. This smacks of sharp practise !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

quick easy process, would def use again

This was a refurbuished TV which i used twice and aftr the second time, the picture disappeared never to be seen again. Never will i buy a refurbished TV again

It is a lot thicker than it looks when you get the tv, the picture when you buy it is of the new model and you receive the old model.
