LG LN5700 TV

The LG LN5700 LED TV has the same screen as the , but comes equipped with Smart TV features and motion interpolation. The viewing angle is great, but the contrast and black levels are sub-par.

Great viewing angle for an LED TV.

Average amount of motion blur for an LED. ; Low contrast. The blacks will appear slightly gray in a dimmed room. ; Average input lag. Most gamers will not notice it.

LG 32LN575V

The bells and whistles of smart apps and streaming features go a long way in making this decent-looking TV a worthwhile option

Clean, detailed picture ; Comfortable to watch ; Great video-on-demand apps ; Good streaming connectivity ; Easy to use interface and remote control

Picture isn’t as subtle as the best ; Blacks could go deeper ; Yellow tinge ; Interface could be slicker

While the LG 32LN575V doesn’t offer the most insightful picture in absolute terms, it’s still a decent screen for the money.

It broke after five months

It worked for five months really well, but then stopped powering up at all. We've tried all the suggested home fixes, but nothing worked. For the price we paid, it was like renting a TV for a ridiculously high price per month. And now, we have to...

Worked great when it worked. Nice picture quality, interesting features (the Internet based features, streaming, etc).

It broke. This was a refurbished unit, so we were taking a risk. The risk did not pay off.

In regards to the TV, none so far. Shipping was on time and fast, but was concerned with the box showed up beat to heck. Luckily the TV was ok no damage, but man that thing had a rough ride getting here

Reboot issue Fixed with fan

I have a different model than this one here but the had the same restarting loop happening. After the fan installed it stopped. Been at least 7 months now-- no problem.

Fairly nice picture

Reboots from chip inside not having enough ventilation ; I installed a USB powered fan over the chip which on my model as right inside the cabinet and above the RCA jacks. Drilled a pattern of small holes to vent the fan air pulling the heat outward....

LG 55LN5700

Got it on sale for $877.48 Delivered and shipped fast, received in 3 business days, driver was very nice and courteous/professional.

Just about Everything Listed in the over view on this TV ; The Intel Wireless works great for everything to include Streaming NetFlix, loads fast and no rebuffering as of yet

Had a Plazma prior, so given that as you well know the black levels are not as black, but they are very good for an LCD/LED none the less
