LG 42LGX

The LG 42LGX delivers impressive HD picture quality in a remarkably thin design.

Very thin cabinet depth. Excellent picture controls. Good HD picture quality.

Occasional visual glitch seen with the 120-Hz feature enabled. Picture contrast lags behind that of some LCDs.

42LGX

Few things stand out about LG's 42LGX--except its price. At $2000 (as of November 4, 2008), this 120-Hz HDTV costs twice as much as its stablemate, the LG 42PG25. The notes from our performance jury offer little praise for the 42LGX's picture quality....

Nice first-time set-up Speakers simulate surround sound well

Disappointing image quality Extremely expensive

The 42LGX has a lot to offer, but its high price limits its appeal

LG 42LBX Review – 42-inch LCD HDTV

The LG 42LBX from the Opus Series. LG has reached another milestone in terms of better productivity and quality products. The performance of this LCD TV reflects on its stature.

An ideal blend of beauty, advanced technology and affordability the all new LG 42LBX should definitely be taken into consideration if you’re shopping in the 42” LCD TV market.

LG 42LBX LCD HDTV Review

I'm glad to say that the LG 42LBX lives up to its christened title. This Opus definitely delivers a delightful visual symphony.

I had minor quibbles with some of the Opus's ancillary functions; but when it came down to the essentials of picture quality, I was quite impressed with its performance. This Opus series from LG is truly a visual work of art.

LG 47LGX

The LG 47LGX is a winter 2008 TV model. The LCD has some of the "scarlet" design accents â€" red trim visible on sides, top and around the stand of the TV. It has the exceptionally deep bottom portion cabinet where many of the electronic components...

120Hz processing. This will help give the user a much more realistic picture without so much focus on the background picture set information

The LG 42LGX is a current fall 2008 TV model. The LCD has some of the "scarlet" design accents â€" red trim visible on sides, top and around the stand of the TV. The top upgrades in this LCD is the depth of only 1.8" and its 120Hz processing...

This is an amazing TV

This is my first LG purchase and I have not regretted it. I look forward to buying more quality LG products in the future.

I desired a non-3D TV with as many bells and whistles as possible. LG did not disappoint me as this TV continues to impress me ; I've had two HD TVs before this purchase, but I've never seen a picture this life-like. My old TV died and this is the...

The shipping was a little slow, but the shippers were very curtious and even helped me get this brute out of the box. My guess is that oversized shipment take longer than the usual two days
