LG's LB5900 series of low-cost HDTVs offer a bright, sharp picture, but are held back by limited features, poor contrast ratio, and just two HDMI ports.

Attractive. Bright panel. Good color accuracy and picture quality.

DOA - Twice!

 

After all was said and done, I decided to look up the model from other buyers and found that it was a common problem. There were even allegations from people rating it highly being fake, I wouldn't be surprised.
