A budget set that we could all be proud of

Smart design ; Price is hard to beat ; Picture sharpness ; Brightness

No digital tuner ; Slightly over-ripe images

Certainly no LCD classic, but it's still good enough to outperform its lowly price point

We have mixed feeling about the LG LCD TV. We think it looks a little bit dated and at AU$1,499, it is priced higher than similarly equipped TV from competing brands. However, it did perform well in most aspects of our testing and it has a great screen...

1080i support. Great screen with excellent tonal range and contrast. Picture in Picture.

You can get a great Samsung set with HD Tuner for this cost. It also has 5000:1 contrast ratio vs 1200:1.

Nothing comes to mind

Bad

not very impressed with this one from lg..could have done a better job on it...good range of connections ,not bad looking ,but on the repair side "a no no "

this tv uses a cheap chinese lcd screen..lg do not even carry some parts fr these..inverter board and screen are not even in their parts lists..cannot change screen out of letter box to full screen...manual says you can but it does not show in the...

Terrible

My advice to you would be don't do it, not worth the savings - when it blows up after 60 days.

Picture good - DVD good

Stopped working after the 60 day warranty with auldi, now having to go through Melb and it will only be repaired, unless can't fix - then money back.

I Would have to say Lg make the worst lcd tvs on the market. Do your self a favour spend the extra cash and buy your self a Panasonic.

Purchased this because of the low price. Considered Panasonic, should of bought the Panasonic instead. There is no good points about the lg.

Poor quality picture . Peoples hair looks melted , the whole picture lacks definition. The picture annoys me so much iv taken the tv out of the lounge room and put it in the kids rumpus room with the sony ps2 attached to it ... about all its good for....
