A great mid-size 37" LCD TV with pictures that belie its price

Awesome black levels ; Great value ; User friendly menu system ; Fantastic pictures

Not Full HD

Despite not being Full HD, this TV still has a whole lot of attractive features to help its appeal

A second-room option that lives up to its budget billing

Bright pictures ; Cute design ; Good connections ; Very cheap

Black levels aren't great ; Odd colours ; Stretched aspect ratio

If you're on a tight budget or need a bright 19in TV for a sunny room, this LG might just do the job

LG 26LG3000 review

LG's 26inch LCD has plenty of promise, but fails to deliver

Compact design ; Cheap ; Well specified

Pictures and sound both very average

The price is right and it looks the part, but the 26LG3000 is ultimately not on a par with its rivals today

Like its larger stablemates in our recent LCD TV group test LG's 22LG3000 has a simple yet elegant glossy black design.

LG 32LG3000 review

LG's 32LG3000 is a 32in 720p LCD TV with a native 1,366x768 resolution, so we were surprised to see that it supported a 1080p 24p signal from our Blu-ray player.

LG 26LG3000

Well, its connections are decent enough, at any rate, with key findings including an acceptable (for the money) two HDMIs and a D-Sub port for attaching a PC.

Cheap, well-designed, good sharpness with HD, decent scaler of standard def

Colours often lack tonal accuracy, dark scenes look cloudy, motion can look blurred, audio is really weak

LG 19LG3000

It's also outstandingly well connected for its money, with two HDMIs and a PC input among the highlights.

Very bright pictures, tasty design, great connectivity

Weak black levels, unnatural colour response, aspect ratio problems

LG 37LG3000

Quite possibly the best value 37in flat panel TV available ..

With the added bonus of a remarkably user friendly menu system and above average performance in all areas, LG's 37LG3000 is possibly the best value 37in panel available.
