Great TV

The lack of internet connectivity means nothing. Anyone a brand new TV is going to have a modern Blu-ray player or latest generation gaming console. These devices will have more internet options (web browsers, games, apps, ect) than whatever is built...

Excellent image quality, contrast, and brightness. One of complaints I heard about DLPs was that they weren't as vivid as plasmas or the newer LED backlight LCDs. This TV is RADIANT. It also has great viewing angles; there is little to no distortion as...

No Ethernet port for internet connectivity ; Menu is a little bare; does not have as many picture options as other modern TV sets I have seen. Although, I honestly have not needed to alter the settings as they are anyway ; THICK. It's not too bad at 16...

MITSUBISHI ELECTRIC WD-65638 65" 16:9 Black DLP Technology 3D Ready 1080p HDTV

Can't beat the price/performance ratio. Got an open box deal with free shipping at a savings of five hunna dollahs off the posted price as of 12/18! An AMAZING deal! Nine years ago I bought a Panasonic 43" DLP that gave me five years good service...

Easy setup. No problem for just the wife and me to unpack and move this beast into place. HUGE viewing area for the money! Very small bezel around the edges. Attractive design. Matches well with my Tivo HD box. Tivo remote code 0245. The QAM tuner...

A really barebones entry level unit. Not many adjustable features nor much of a remote. Line audio output limited to the single orange digital out ; No VGA input. PC users need video card with HDMI ; 399 package required for 3D and not purchased by me...

great TV

I got this tv because it was the cheapest per inch, and i was mainly going for the largest display i could find. I got a deal on it as i was looking at it on newegg, a local store put up a refubished one for $300 under newegg. I got the THX optimizer...

It is 3d ready, but seem like like a costly adventure. It's approved for both the nvidea vision system and ati's 3d glasses provided by an external company.

okay TV, kind of cheap interface

I haven't really played with this thing much. I'm not a power user when it comes to TVs, so I couldn't tell you what is or isn't missing on this TV. I just noticed the obvious problem with the interface for the volume control. Keep in mind that this...

big

adjusting the slider controls such as volume and balance, etc, is a slow and painful affair. I timed it, and it takes a full 2 minutes to move the volume slider from zero volume up to maximum volume. This is holding down the volume up or down button....

Big & Cheap

I just bought this TV due to its price and size. I had a 54" Toshiba rear projection that was on the end of its life. The inputs are nice but simple. 3 HDMI, 2 YPbPr ; The color is quite nice, and blacks are pretty black

Audio - I feel a real lack of low end from the TV Speakers. It just doesnt have quality sound that you expect. It sounds shallow ; Video - Lack of video settings (Adjustments) is a setback
