We experience no draw backs while using our new neo TV. It was exactly what we were looking for and the price was reasonable. Now we can watch Netflix without using my son's Nintendo wii which doesn't work anymore.

I have been very happy with my unit. I have used it for about 4 years. If I do run into a snag, I just unplug or start over. Not too often, I have a problem with Netflix, where my movies stream from. I like it.

It works. Having issues getting Netflix to work. Netflix worked when we first hooked it up but keep getting and error message after we shut it off and turned it back on. Also we can't get Amazon Prime on it. You can't add apps or anything. What comes...

NetGear NeoTV does what it suppose to do, streams content. If you need a streaming device, I would look at other products but for the price, NeoTV give you what you need. So far I have not had any problems but I would not recommend this device.

This product worked for a good 3 months then wouldn't load the screen would stay frozen on the Netgear logo. I tried all the instructions to get it to work even reset but nothing. I eventually called Netgear for support and had the worst experience...
