Panasonic TH-58PX600U

Excellent black-level performance and shadow detail; accurate color decoding; laudable standard-definition picture quality; solid connectivity with one PC and two HDMI inputs; includes a CableCard slot and a TV Guide EPG; sleek styling with thin speakers.

Inaccurate primary color of green; black level fluctuates with very dark material; user menu lacks fine tuning for color-temperature controls; no independent input memories.

The superb picture quality of the 58-inch Panasonic TH-58PX600U makes it worth the price to huge-screen shoppers who want to go flat.

Panasonic TH-50PX600U High-definition Plasma TV

Panasonic's video division has staked its life on plasma televisions. So far it looks like a pretty good bet. Sure, the company sells flat panel LCD and rear projection LCD and DLP TVs. But newspapers, magazines and televisions are host to countless...

Panasonic TH-50PX600B review

Be in awe of this 50-inch visual wonder

Picture quality overall ; Sound ; Connectivity ; Features

Picture could be slightly sharper ; Colours could be slightly richer

Proves that when it comes to Panasonic plasmas, bigger is even better

Panasonic TH-50PX600

It seems that size is also reflected in price with this 50in plasma screen offering from Panasonic - at £3,000, it's not cheap. But if it delivers the sort of performance we expect from Panasonic plasmas, that extra grand will look like money well spent.

Great connections, Superbly clean, high-quality pictures, Very good sound

Minor flaws on highly detailed shots

Not a foot wrong yet for this acclaimed manufacturer, as here's another all-singing, all-dancing big plasma beauty

Excellent!!!!

You will not be disappointed if you purchased this plasma. My friend and I were researching for the best TV and we came up with this one for the price. Plus, Panny's are very reliable.

The screen is huge... Compared to my old LCD 27" TV. Its definitely a big difference

Too soon to have any cons

People who are complaining of the glare - be aware this set doesnt come with an anti glare coating on the screen!! DO NOT BE AFRAID! All this means is that you must strategically position your set away from a bright window, which serious...

Excellent picture, excellent price. Just know what your getting into when you buy this set. 720p, not 1080, which is fine for what i need it for. This panasonic line of plasma's has been rated and taken 5 of the top 10 spots with their different sets...
