Panasonic TX-26LXD80

This is a solid TV, but this year you can buy even better

Great spec for the money ; natural colours ; motion-handling ; sharp, detailed HD pics

Could do with greater white punch and black depth ; SD pictures lack a smidge of detail

My 2 year old Panasonic TX32 LXD70 is almost perfect but on my new TX26 LXD80 the auto adjust (16:9/14:9) works better. The body of the new TV is also more attractive

The resolution of the 26LXD80 is perhaps not quite good enough for a 26" screen but the real problem for me is the angle of viewing which is dreadful and reminds me of very early or very cheap LCD screens. To be honest I am embarrassed by how bad the...

Very nice design, links well with other panasonic products and makes the whole viewing experience easy and very enjoyable. Lovely picture and good sound considering the compromised enclosures used on these relatively shallow depth TV designs. Ideal if...

I like the fact that although it is 7" bigger than my previous (20 year old) TV, it has not taken over my room. It is just the right size and the picture is so good. Watching wild life programmes has been amazing because of the clarity. I am also...

I have not been able to work out how to watch videos in colour - they all come out black & white! It's probably me doing something wrong, but they are not black & white videos so they should definitely be in colour

Impressed with the design of our first flat screen TV. We intend to wall mount it to save floor space. The picture is nothing short of stunning. Not had it long enough to test all the features, but, so far, highly delighted
