Philips 56PFL9954H

Philips 56PFL9954H Cinemascope ratio LCD HDTV.

Few debates in the video world get heated as those surrounding letterboxing, which is the practice of presenting a Cinemascope ratio film on a narrower display device with the unused parts of the screen filled in with black. Film fans can get somewhat...

Great, impressive TV. Some posterization and color shift. Contrast could be better.

Beautiful, huge, LOTS of inputs, low profile.

Some posterization, darks off-color, no discrete inputs on remote. Avoid E-box.
