Great First TV

 

Other reviews said their units came with cosmetic damage, but I noticed no such damage to mine. I will update this after it has gotten more use, but it is perfect for the purpose I got it for.

Small enough to easily fit in dorm room/bedroom. Clearly labeled buttons on top of set if remote not available. Nice easy to use and hold remote. Clear picture

Only grip is how bright the indicator light is at night. Which is pretty much a non issue since there will be a lot of lights in my dorm

best value!!!

 

This is neither a pro or con, but I noticed that they sell random different models of this product. My first one had controls or the side of the screen and my second one had them on top. I really don't mind since they are both pretty good quality.

The price is amazing. I bought my first one at $99 and then a second one for $113. The price varies a bit, but it is still the cheapest, while still being the best quality refurb I've come across ; Nothing about the TV was damaged when I received them

Speakers are garbage ; Some screen bleed through

Great Quality TV!

 

I know it had some ruff reviews on sound. Personally I don't see the big issue with sound (But I have never owned a sound system) So in the room we use the TV in I don't have a problem with sound.

Full HD 1080P I have never owned a TV with 1080P and I can tell the difference for gaming! This TV is used for gaming and it works and looks Awesome. I really enjoy the nice crisp clear picture and the size is just great for the spare room I play games in

Great picture....poor sound

 

The TV is obviously used, and mine came with a chip/chunk gone in the upper right corner casing. I've decided to ignore it since it is a patio TV, but if it was indoors, it would be a deal breaker and I'd have to send it back.

Wonderful picture...no dead pixels on mine, as other people have stated. Great color and bright, with just the default settings. This is the one reason I decided to keep it, versus my cons

The speakers sound horrible....very tinny, even after adjusting the equalizer settings. I own 6 different flat panel TVs, even ones half the size of this one, and these are by far the worst sounding speakers

Proscan PLED2435A

 

Never thought I'd have the use of a 2 foot computer screen. The resolution is so crisp & clear. I love it.

Amazing quality for such a low price. Am using this as a second monitor for my computer. Comes with so many choices & features built in

one pixel on the screen shows pure white ALL the time. Other than that I see nothing wrong
