Gorgeous TV

Ive been buying from Newegg for a long time and have had nothing but positive experiences, I wish more companies nowadays would focus more on customer service, like Newegg does, than making a profit.

Incredible TV, Incredible Service - Very Happy Customer

I'm very pleased with this TV. I ordered on Tuesday and received on a Friday - which is amazing since it had to travel from CA to OH. Kudos to newegg for partnering with the shipping companies that they have.

Picture quality with this TV is top notch. I upgraded from a 51" Sony CRT Rear Projection, and I'm usually not fond of the "sharpness" of DLP and LCD TVs - I like the smoothness that CRTs provide. I'm happy to report that this TV looks even more...

No Picture in Picture - but that isn't that big of a deal considering that most Cable and Satellite boxes offer a form of picture in picture now days

AMAZING TV !!!

amazing. i would recommend a Samsung tv to anyone. i have 3 lcd samsung moniters and 2 Samsung HD tv's and have never had a problem with any of them. When it comes to TV's Samsung is all i will buy anymore.

This is my 4th HD tv in about 2 years. i had an Hitachi, panasonic and a smaller 720p samsung. but this thing makes them all look horrible. It is amazing no matter what i am watching it looks incredible so bright and crystal clear with plenty of inputs...

i must admit. i bought mine from circuit city cuz i didnt want to wait for shipping lol. not really a con tho

Bulk Item Return Policy

Did finally get problem resolved through Samsung with a new and even better model TV than this one, but had to go without a TV for almost 2 months. Not sure if it was worth the savings over some place like ABC warehouse or Best Buy. Just my experience,...

TV arrived as promised from NewEgg. Beautiful looking TV. Looks bigger in real life than what can be imagined from pictures

Only wish it hadn't been DOA. Because of return policy, had to contact Samsung Authorized Repair. After having it almost a month, they admitted it was too new and they didn't know how to fix it
