Excellent

This isn't sold anymore, but if you are reading this contemplating buying a second hand one, its worth it. We got quite a lot of use out of ours and the kids liked to have it on most of the day, watching it on and off. It still works fine after so many...

It lasted for so long! Its 6 years old and still going strong.

There is some sort of coating on the screen that wears off with cleaning or is easily scratched. Its really heavy and not as thin as the newer TVs, but then again it is 6 years old.

Terrible

Tv looks good with its all black looks but you cant have a nice tv that dont work.Will not by samsung agian not unless they give me a ten year warranty.

[censored word removed] tv it died just on two years first top of screen whent then bottom half now black screen and sound only not bad for a tv that cost nearly $4000 dollars.

Terrible

For a seet that cost more than $3,000, I would have expected better than 3 years use, particularly after being repaired twice during that time.

Was good when it worked

Repaired twice...... top half died, then bottom half. Now whole screen..... rubbish customer service and really dissapointing quality. I certianly would not buy another Samsung product after this experience.

Parts prices exorbitant so that shys me away from a very good set. So will look for an LG unit now

Great screen when it worked

Just before it ran out of warranty top half of screen went white intermittently. A tap, and fixed it for a while, but the tv doctor fixed it proper for another 12 months then it happened again now lower half started 'whiting' out. Verdict $900+ will...

Good

Great design and very good picture. I've had this screen for a year now and it has been a great addition to the loungeroom.

Great picture, decent sound and the chassis design (sleek black) fits really well on the entertainment unit. Copes well with moving pictures i.e. sport looks great on this tv

Requires some setting adjustment to get the picture optimal, by default the brightness, contrast and sharpness settings are way too high which makes the out of the box picture look quite artificial. Only one HDMI input why???? with HDTV, Gaming...
