Works well

 

using it to switch between video game console and DVD player, both using s-video. Works for me!

S-video, no power supply needed. Fairly compact and simple design.

Doesn't seem to be any issues with this one, works great

Unfortunately the weight of the cords behind it pull it down a little so keep that in mind before you want to sit it on top of the vcr or something.
