Sony Bravia KDL-32EX403

It might not have 3D functionality or state of the art performance, but this 32in LCD TV offers online and network features at a stunningly affordable price.

Amazingly affordable ; Picture quality better than expected ; Excellent online system

Motion blur ; Unresponsive remote ; Black levels could be better

At its original price level of £550-£600, the 32EX403 might have appeared a likeable if unremarkable all-rounder chiefly notable for its Bravia Internet Video capabilities.

Sony KDL-32EX403 review

This 32-inch best-seller is a solid bet if you want Freeview HD and internet connectivity

Smooth, vibrant hi-def images ; Freeview HD tuner ; Bravia Internet Video service ; USB media playback

Limited network media support ; Average black levels ; Poor motion resolution

Positioned beneath Sony's flamboyant NX flatscreens, the EX line is squarely aimed at mainstream TV buyers. These are not screens designed with cost-no-object electronics and from a cosmetic standpoint are more Ugly Betty than Heidi Klum. However...

Sony KDL-32EX403

An excellent screen for everyday viewing and one of the best value TVs around ..

SD Picture quality, Freeview HD

A touch of motion blur with SD

With excellent all round performance and some useful additional features, the KDL-32EX403 is one of the best value LCD TVs we have come across for some time.

Picture quality is outstanding. I am not an electronic geek and need assistance to make sure the setup is correct. Support for setup was great, making setup easy. Purchased a sony blue ray. Hookup with the tv was easy. Again, picture quality is...

Best Value for the 32 inch

Of all the TVs SONY offers the EX500 is the best value of them all, not quite as flashy as the EX700 or EX710 (LED) but it keeps a couple of their important features, 120hz and 1080P. Sports and action movies are amazing and paired with a SONY blu-ray...

Everything, 120Hz, 1080P ;

A little thick but no big deal ;

Nice Hi-Def But...

can't complain about the picture - but the price is on the high-side. and like I said for a flat-screen, the television is a bit thick. it would be better if it were razor thin.

nice hi-def picture. regular picture - not great

it's too wide, not flat enough. and too expensive

Worth the buy

This TV took about 10 minutes to be able to play once i opened the box. The remote looks about $5 dollars, but thats just me. The HD is great; I've had the TV for a whole week and I love it. I use the 120 Hz for games, and i turn it off when im...

great picture

Got this TV for my home office/man cave, great picture right out of the box. Sound is pretty good for a flat screen. First thing I did was play Avatar blu-ray movie through my PS3 and was very happy with the colors and the way the special affects looked

easy setup; light weight

Wish I had bought this first

Three years ago I let a salesman talk me in to a cheaper bigger set by another manufacturer. I was never happy until it suddenly died. Now, after research I bought the right TV for me at a terrific price. The picture is amazing, and the sound is great....

Great picture, sound and appearance

Can't think of a thing so far
