Easy to use

bad remote control design, could really benifit from a web browser, lack of internet products supported, slow to update software

Excellent product with first class built in Blu ray player, internet connection enabling use on BBC iPlayer and others, many features enabling personal configuration for best viewing quality. Sony quality so should be reliable, looks brilliant, low...

Shop left TV configured for Shop mode so almost nothing worked but it was display model, also old software prevented connection to internet without locking up the TV but new software solved this problem. Sound quality not great with built in speakers...

Good sound quality - important to me being hard of hearing. Also subtitles easy to access with the push of one button. The programme guide and selection facility very clear and easy to use. The inbuilt DVD player is very useful.

I would have liked a comprehensive manual that describes all the functions etc in more detail. A physical manual enables you to sit and study it to realise the full potential and capabilities of the equipment. A diagram of what ALL the buttons on the...

There is always something to watch no matter when, having the internet access adds so much more, being able to watch iplayer or Sony's video channel, or so many other channels means being entertained all the time.

Takes a long time to boot up the internet access. Automatic updates normally at 6.00AM so you can hear the DVD starting up, then shutting down, as we have this TV in the bedroom, it can be annoying.
