not able to open most of the video files and some of the other brands smart TV can open all of the files which doesn't play in my model and it's so disappointing

No toggle button to switch between current & last programme ; No option to edit the timed programme details or to override when 'no information' displayed ; No '1 button access to timed programme. Too many actions needed to access facility ; No options...

Picture and sound are excellent

It is not very smart for a smart TV and I have problems using non sony products with TV

value for money

cancelling EUROSPORT on SONYENTERTAINMENT and then being told we could watch it if we had a PANASONIC television

Easy to switch to watching web services including iPlayer, or to other inputs. Picture is great

The interface is quite slow. No Wi-Fi. The bezel is quite wide

Well designed and functional. Bought quite a long time ago so some of the issues may have been addressed with newer models

Quite slow to respond and some of the menu options not easy to find but it wasn't recently purchased so things may have changed

Great TV for the price with a significant number of features

The sound on this model is not brillant but acceptable given the price
