I don't recommend it unfortunately

I should have spent more on a better TV.

I bought two of these. Good picture and good sound when it all works right. The price was right. Overall the TV looks good with a nice glossy screen

Only 1 HDMI port, no DVI, Settings Menu does not function well, changes inputs very slow and there is no way to skip to an input (you have to cycle through them all), proprietary remote (you'll have to get a learning remote and even that won't work...

One flaw, but a big one

Great picture, good sound. Decent amount of connections

Remote code not available to makers of third-party remotes! Argh. I now regret giving the previous model away to my parents. I had set it up so my Panasonic remote for my DVD-R could also control the TV. But no dice with this newer model. And no one...

Spotty Quality Control

You get what you pay for, as always.

Cheap

Bought two of the same units. One is them has been problem free so far. The other one had a faulty HDMI right from the start. Got a new one from manufacturer and had no problem within the first year. Now it has trouble picking up HD stations

Okay as a bedroom television

We use this as our bedroom television. I would not have been happy with it as our main television in the living room, but for a bedroom tv it is okay. The best part is we have it hooked up to our computer so it doubles as a tv and computer monitor.

The best thing about this tv is the price. You get a decent flat panel tv for a decent price. The picture is good, but not great. The sound is okay

There is a delay when changing channels, so the tv changes channels very slowly, this drives me crazy and had I known this before I would not have purchased this tv. The remote is also annoying, buttons not laid out very well

Nice monitor

I'm only planing on using this as a monitor, so I can't address the comments about tuner setup. The menu is a little strange, but I have had no real trouble with it in getting it setup.

Works great, looks brand new, no bad pixels, nothing missing

Great TV for price

The TV menu takes a little getting used to, but it really didn't take me any longer than an extra 30 seconds to figure it out. Also, the remote lights up, which is a really cool bonus (I've seen light up remotes cost up to 20 bucks at the store), and...

The TV came with new egg's traditionally great shipping (one day, how can you beat that) and in great condition. There wasn't a single dead pixel and the it has really nice built in speakers, all things considered. All of the inputs make this thing a...

It is refurbished, so there were a few slight scuff marks on the top edge of the TV, but they were hardly noticeable, and the fact that there were no dead pixels and the high quality of the TV in general make up for this small cosmetic blemish

Decent Monitor/Small Downside

Make sure you keep the refresh rate between 65-70 hertz, even trying to raise it higher will result in damage! This is actually a branch-off of Syntac Monitors.

Size and cost. You can hook an entire entertainment center into this monitor and run it all

8 Burnt-Out Pixels. Picture adjusting menu is very hard and cumbersome to navigate. When in DVI mode it locks you out of some features

26" Glory

Debated between this 26" and the a Samsung 26" For $160 less, this was by far the better deal, and it looks just as good!

Great Price! Great Picture quality on any HD input! Xbox 360 and Halo look amazing! PS2 Even looks good, with some adjustments to the LCD. Digital Cable looks amazing as well

Not a big con, but the user will have to adjust many settings in the menu to get the best picture, but that really has to be done with many new TVs anyway..at least if you want the best picture

Excellent HDTV / PC Monitor!

Newegg got this to me in 1 business day, so pat on the backs to them. This Olevia thing seems to be a good buy...I have quite a lot of positive reviews on various sites and I agree with them now! For the price it really cannot be beat and if you are...

Excellent picture, gets tons of ota hd channels clearly in BFE, MS, tons of inputs including VGA/HDMI/DVI/Coax etc..., it is in a black case (not a silver one as said in the description), fits my bedroom perfect

A little confusing hooking up the audio for s-video (due to the tons of input options featured), sound is fair (but i'm running mine through my HTPC with surround and the audio out from the tv seems to be working great!), has way too many "ad-stickers"...
