Customer Service from BI-RITE Roma was second to none. Nothing was too much trouble for the sales staff . They demonstrated numerous TV,s on BLU RAY , 3D . And also on live TV. Grant & Cathy both went out of their way to help us. The TV Itself works...

TCL Gave me an extra years Warranty making it 3 years warranty. Good colour control.. can be made look natural.

Tvs operating buttons are on the back, rather than the side .... makes it impossible to use them . You are forced to use the remote.
