First one arrived with broken screen, sorted out very quickly, by return delivery. Very pleased with tv, excellent picture and features, very easy setup, sound adequate but not exceptional. Overall very pleased and happy.

Good features. Excellent on most fronts but dissappointing audio compared with the old Sony that it replaced. The addition of a couple of old computer speakers has been a good temporary fix. Will seek advice from the most helpful staff at Watford...
