Is this the best value big brand 40-inch TV around? Judged purely on size, possibly, but it's not without a large number of flaws.

In the end, the Toshiba 32L6353 is a watchable screen for its sharp and clear picture quality and good selection of smart apps.

Slow, Slow, slow. When you start TV, it must load its system before you can do anything, upto 30-45 secs. the response from the remote also takes an age, 3-5 secs just to change channel. Little trouble connecting to Wifi Doesn't seem to receive...
