Fantastic picture, hookups galore, rapid start up. This model has it all. You can change view modes on the fly and really have a great experience. My computer uses this as the primary monitor and I wouldn't trade it

The base is flimsy and there are issues where my picture will shift modes and the screen will go black a bit longer than it should. I think these issues may stem from some error with hooking it up to my graphics card though

a bit thick front to back and also around the edges. There is a "Toshiba" emblem on the bottom of the display that lights up and can be slightly distracting. I am thinking about putting some tape over it

Had to update the firmware because it was having some communication issues with my cable box (Comcast). But the update fixed everything and might have been the easiest update I have ever done
